Lake Iseo is paradise on earth, it is really beautiful. I am lucky to have friends who have boats and we have visited many places on Lake Iseo, and everywhere seems so pleasant like most of the local people we met, and as we can speak Italian quiet well we have spoken to quiet a few people and they all were very nice and easy to talk to as they talk a nice Italian with no dialect.

We strolled along the lungolago on two occasions in August, once on Market Day and once at random. Both times it was clean and tidy. Tourists and locals all appeared to be happy walking along by this beautiful, well kept lake.

Hey guys! I needed to take a break from NYC and ended up at the beautiful Lake Iseo (Lago d' Iseo). La Spiaggetta is a public beach on the lake. The bar is privately owned and it was absolutely fantastic, as the staff was welcoming and friendly. I truly enjoyed having drinks with a delicious panini while sitting in front of the lake. It's as if you are observing a naturally stunning painting of mini paradise. I watched the sunset during the famous "aperitivo" (Italy's sophisticated version of happy hour). And later on, at night, it was perfectly romantic, as the decor really set that romantic mood while enjoying the view of the stars. I truly recommend a walk by the lake and laying on the grass for the perfect ending to a wonderful date.
