Fairly typical N.American Mall. The stores are pretty much cookie cutters of all the stores in any Mall anywhere else. The food court is nothing special either, and don't be fooled by the "outlet" designation, it is essentially the same prices as elsewhere (with the odd exception)
But the familiarity is comforting in some respects, you feel at home here even though the place is in the middle of nowhere. Great for a bad whether day or just for walking around.

I treated myself to this amazing gift on my birthday a few ago but didn't write a review! It was an awesome experience! The instructors were great and the jump was fantastic. The landing was soft and smooth. It was a unique experience. The photographer took good photos up there but she missed our landing by a couple of minutes. Not a big deal but you'd expect more when you pay extra to take your pic/video taken.

Beautifully cared for and a lovely walk through nature. The 150th floral decoration is so pretty. Bring your out of town visitors here - it really showcases what Barrie is about in nature.

Sunset International Speedway with its geographic location being forty minutes from Toronto, the closest motorsports facility to race fans everywhere. Since it’s birth in 1968, Sunset Speedway has produced some of Canada’s top stock car racers. New ownership purchased Sunset Speedway in May 2009. Significant funds to upgrade the facility were invested, and at season end in 2009, the existing track asphalt was ground out, walls were removed and the track has been resurfaced and is now a 1/3 mile high banked oval – a track we consider to be the best in the Country.

I normally go alone to gather my thought,s and listen to the waves hitting the shore line . When stress has a better part of our everyday live,s , this is a good place to simply release and take it all in , so relaxing . I see people there doing that exact thing , so go on and breath some , it taste wonderful.

I have been buying unpasteurized, natural Dickey Bee honey for years and highly recommend it. They have branched out into many honey related products over time and each one meets their standard of quality. Their honey can be purchased at a local farm, stores and the farmers market in the summer.

Glad I didn't make a special trip to 400 Market. Generally speaking, it is full of expensive junk. For example, there are a couple of vendors that sell the hot wheel toy cars. Not sure how expensive the collectable pieces were, but they were selling the regular ones that you can buy pretty much anywhere for $1 (or more) when you can easily find them in a store for under a dollar (and not even on sale). This seemed to be a theme price wise for the whole flea market. I always thought that a flea market was supposed to full of cheap stuff, seems to me that its more expensive than the stores. This applies to the British stuff that a number of vendors were selling as well. Much much higher prices than elsewhere.
I arrived with a wallet full of money to spend, but left will it all intact. it's very easy to resist buying anything at these prices. But when you compare 400 Market with other flea markets, it comes out looking about average. Flea markets nowadays are pretty sad places and some of then make 400 Market look pretty good in comparison.

Part of a nice drive through the country side north of Toronto. This antique centre is located in an adapted barn among the green farm pastures. Very quaint area; friendly staff; and plenty of goods from days gone by. Nicely displayed, prices well labelled, medium price range.

Barrie's unique metal sculpture set the tone of the waterfront beauty. I feel the sculpture is reflective of the spirit of Kemperfelt Bay, the locals and our Canadian historical Aboriginal culture. Towering over the bay with strength to endure nature's elements with great pride. The location is a gem to walk, and to absorb the local sites.

There are several Beaches within the park offering lots of shallow near-shore areas for wadding and deeper water for swimming. My experiences with cleanliness and general maintenance of the area has always been positive. The view over Lake Simcoe is very pretty with several large Islands being prominent on the horizon. The park is very popular in summer both with locals and people from out of town, fortunately lots of picnic space is available. Parking can be an issue during peek months, there are also fees charged for cars.
