Our themed hunts give you an overview, whilst keeping you focused & injecting fun in your museum visit. I'm embarrassed that it has taken me almost a year to write this review! We were there in October, 2017. But that's not because we didn't love our THATLou experience. However, now I can say how the experience is a lasting one. Images of the "treasures" that we found in the Louvre are so ubiquitous that my granddaughters, ages 10 and 14, have recognized many of them over and over as the months have passed. They are always excited to point them out. The artifacts are important in their history studies as well. The day of our THATLou was amazing! Daisy met us punctually and gave us a brief, interesting and informative historical background introduction which was perfectly tailored for our girls. The not-too-long wait in line passed quickly because Daisy talked about such interesting things. She is extremely knowledgeable. As we entered, we were given packets containing our scavenger hunt instructions. Daisy showed us how the hunt worked, suggested strategies, and explained the map of the Louvre (which is very complex). We split into 2 teams: Mom and 10 year old, Grandma and 14 year old. The hunt itself was amazing. The packet talked about each “treasure” with a picture and description which included its history and often a bonus. Be sure to follow the links they send in the email - information there will help earn bonus points. The treasures were definitely highlights at the museum. We wanted more time than 1.5 hours! Afterwards we took each other to the treasures the other team had missed. We enthusiastically recommend this activity for a 1st time visit to the Louvre with kids!

A group of 34 of us from work (aged 21- over 50) took part in this activity for a corporate team-building event. Split into 7 teams, we were able to compete against each other in groups of 4/5. Everyone really enoyed the activity and it was excellent to be able to see a different side to Paris. As we were a competitive group, our time to complete the task ranged from just over an hour to an hour and 45 minutes. However, had we been non-competitive, there was loads of extra information to read and more detail on locations which were not part of the game, so there was plenty to do and learn. Martin was extremely helpful prior to and during the activity to help organise the logistics for a large group. Thanks again!

This was the first room of 34 that we planned on our 3 week Europe trip. We had done 85 in the States. It SOOOO sucks that this was the first one, because it has set the bar so high. What an incredible room. Multiple locations in Paris, you have to chase one guy through the streets, and then find your way to another. The story is about tracking and finding the Mannequin Killer. Your role is as civilian investigators helping the police because they are out of ideas. There are 4 different endings to this including saving the killer’s last victim and catching him. Unfortunately, we did not succeed but unlike a timed escape room, you go through the whole experience. This was so incredibly immersive, heart thumping, dirty and nasty, multiple venues, and terrifying when the killer comes at you (you’re protected though - like a shark tank). I would travel to Paris JUST FOR THIS - terrific and extremely fun room. Yeah, I would do it AGAIN until I had a successful ending.
