friendly staff, great atmosphere, and good beer. there are few pubs these days that are as welcoming as this traditional boozer. well worth a visit

Called in for a drink while out with friends. Such a lovely friendly place to go. Very small but lots of atmosphere. Will return if in area again

The carvery consists of a wide variety of food, well cooked and presented. Staff are friendly and helpful, I have never been on a Sunday as it is busy but always had good service any other day in the week.
