Excellent place for entire family outing for a full day. Close to Davanagere (around 1 hour drive). Located amidst plush green nature surrounding. Lots of things to do in a day - magic show, horse ride, camel ride, bullock carting, cultural dressing, several games/activities, etc. Lots of delicious eatables throughout the day ! More than double the worth of entry ticket fee !

Unakal Lake is located between Dharwad and Hubli close to the National Highway 4. There is a park which has come up adjacent to the lake. Limited boating facilities are available at the lake. An average place to go out in the evening to spend time.

First temple I find Lord Balarama more imposing than Sri Krishna, which is natural being his elder brother. The main temple building has already been built and is very tranquil atmosphere with the hymns of Hare Krishna ringing in your ears constantly. There is also a side hall built where I luckily could visit during Vaikunta Ekadashi with Lord Srinivasa was well decorated and Laksharchana was being done auspicious. Laddu being given as prasad is almost alike the Tirupathi Prasad with dry fruits inside. There is also a big restaurant in the entrance where family members can relish their taste buds after Lord Darshan.

We grown here in this area.we always visited here n a big jatra n mela held in Maya shivaratri time.Lunch is free.ABlind school is here.Big peace n happiness u feel here.This place ,math is in old Hubli.Must visit here.

This is only the park in Dharwad city with musical Fountains worth to see especially is very good Punic spot for children's and there are other playing place for children's with beautiful garden .picnic spot foot week end here we also remember famous poet Dr. D R Bendre

Urban Oasis Mall is a very decent mall in Hubli. Although it is not as big as one finds the malls in metros it sure meets Hubli's requirements. Popular food brands like KFC and Dominos are there alongwith branded stores. Overall a decent place to spend time.

This is one of the oldest and best place for the family with kids can enjoy. Half a kilometer from old Bus-stand adjacent 2 famous Cinema halls Sujata and Sanjota. Park has kids play area, lawns, greenery ordinarily maintained. But nice to move around in early evening time.
