Island of Molokini

A popular island off the coast of Maui.

Reviewed By psudino - Weehawken, United States

This place is a natural wonder and I'm so happy that no one is allowed to build anything here so it can remain a natural wonder. This is a great Snuba location because there is a lot more to see closer to the bottom and the best way to get their is to snuba. It wasn't too busy in early March and the tour boats kept themselves nicely separated.

Mokolii Island

Island off the coast of Oahu, also known as Chinaman's Hat.

Reviewed By Kenlowjr - Escondido, United States

As a youngster in the fifties (yeah I know) my dad took the ohana out to the hat for a day of pole fishing. The catch was minimal but the fun was unforgettable. Those days it was easy wading at low tide even for a little squirt like me. Times have changed and the best thing is to check with locals on the water conditions and weather. It’s a trip for the time of your life.

Goat Island (Mokuauia)

Reviewed By Kawikamf - Honolulu, United States

Moku'auia Island (more popularly known as Goat Island) has no goats, but used to have goats. Goat Island is like my second home. If you are a diver and a surfer, like me, then you already know about Goat Island. But, if you are a tourist, then you probably do not know about Moku'auia Island. Most tourists know and hang around Waikiki Beach, which is great if you like "over-crowded beaches". But, if you like beaches where you are the only one, or where there are few, if any, other persons, then you will love Goat Island. Take old, junk, closed-toe shoes (you will be walking on coral) (rubber is preferred). Take drinking water, towel, beach stuff. Walk to the island. I have been taking my kids from when they were babies. Just Aloha 'Aina (love the land, and protect the land), and enjoy. Just do not trespass on private property; otherwise, you will face the consequences.

Magic Island

Reviewed By attony - Hawley, United States

We were in Honolulu for a day on our way from Maui to New Zealand and wanted to go to the beach but did NOT want to go to Waikiki. There is an artificial lagoon at the end of this park that has a lovely sand beach and a nice lagoon for swimming. It was also a great place to watch the sun go down over the ocean. Our Uber driver said the park is mostly used by locals, but we really liked it.

What a great bike shop! Friendly doorman, Tony who was so attentive to everyone arriving, it was like being welcomed by an old friend. Rented a TT bike for an afternoon, nice quality Felt bike. Staff super helpful, could not do enough to make sure it was adjusted right for me. Attached my pedals etc. Only thing they could improve on is to add a second bottle cage. Fast, efficient and friendly is a good way to sum them up. Plenty parking outside and really easy access to the Queen K highway. Lots of lovely gear in hear to purchase too.

Coconut Island

Reviewed By TravellingTaz444 - Coventry, United Kingdom

Small walk to a nice spot to have a picnic or explore the area. Accessible via footbridge There is a palm tree with markers on that show the height of each Tsunami which is interesting to see. You can also climb the tower and explore the other small areas, or alternatively just sit and relax. Worth a visit if you have time and are in the area.
