Ma Copine is placed in downtown Bobo-Dioulasso and gives pride of place to the women's handicrafts made in Burkina Faso. It is also a space dedicated to Art with exhibitions throughout the year. More than 80 designers present their work here as well as a dizaine men. Always for pleasure, constantly looking for new products, Ma Copine has not finished surprising you.

Worth travelling 1,000 or so miles from Cote D'Ivoire on its own and 2 days of relentless bus journeys and heat. Just brilliant! On top of your entry fee you must pay for a guide (you to decide how much) but it is worth it - you learn something of the way the mosque is built and you are contributing to the future of this spectacular building
