He guides us to taste amazing “Egg coffee and Egg Beer “at an old local shop and also arrange safe trip, delicious local restaurant and great hotel at Sapa. Whatever the problem we met, he figure out as we call him.He take attention to every details such as we were really arrive on time, the room is ok etc.,I can said that he is a very nice and responsible person, really lucky to meet him. I've book this tour by web on viator.com. The Ha Long Bay is amazing and the tour was very beautiful. The served food was very good and our group guide was very kindly. Also during the tour you can choose to do a little walk by a riding boat or bay kayak. If you want to spend a full day in Ha Long Bay this is thr best way!

We had a guided tour arranged by our holiday tour operator. We were so glad we did , as you would not know much after. The ride was very exciting, but make sure you confirm the price for outgoing and returning. The lake is full of Lotus flowers in the summer. Tinh Tam Lake was where the Emperors came to relax, also popular with students who also come here to study.

I have been living and working in Southern Vietnam for 10 years and I love this country very much. On our first time to visit the North, we decided to travel to Ha Giang, Ban Gioc Waterfall, and Ba Be Lake. We chose Conical Travel according to one of our friends who did the trip with them. The six-day trip amazed and impressed us with the beauty of the natural landscape in the moutainous areas. Each of the destinations we visited has its own mesmerizing features and we had chance to interact with the local people. Our kids had great lessons about how the people in these regions survive without the modernization. In short, the trip was very very very excellent. I booked a bike trip with this company. everyone but me had cancelled and yet the company said nothing to me. I then had to cancel after I arrived in Vietnam....due to covid....and the company ghosted me. I have emailed many times while I was stuck in Vietnam and once home. They have never replied. No refund, no credit no email to help me while I was there and no email once home and time has passed. Terrible customer service and no interest in their customers at all.

We booked directly on the Oasis Cruise website where we were prompted to pick a date and put down a $90 deposit for a 2D1N party cruise. 3 days later we received a notification that there were no cruises on the chosen date despite their site allowing us to select and pay deposit. We were offered a day cruise as an alternative and the customer service team was very proactive in contacting us and trying to get us to book a different date although none of the replacements fit our plans. We then asked for a refund and suddenly, the previously very attentive customer service team stopped answering our emails. We have sent 2 follow up emails regarding this payment we made in JUNE and we still haven't heard anything back. We are very disappointed in the service and support from this company and could see no reason to ever book with them direct, if at all. There are a large number of cruise lines operating in this area and we found a great alternative with excellent customer service.
