Gunzenhausen is a town in the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district, in Bavaria, Germany. It is situated on the river Altmühl, 19 kilometres (12 mi) northwest of Weißenburg in Bayern, and 45 kilometres (28 mi) southwest of Nuremberg. Gunzenhausen is a nationally recognized recreation area. It is noted as being at one end of part of The Limes Germanicus, a Roman border wall, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Toller Abenteuerspielplatz am Seezentrum Wald/Gunzenhausen. Ein kleiner Bach fließt durch das Gelände und lädt die Kleinen ein die Füsse zu baden, zu buddeln, Dämme zu bauen. Tolle Spielgeräte laden zum spielen ein, Sonnensegel schützen vor der Sonne. Ein Kiosk versorgt mit Eis und Getränken. Parkplätze für die Blechkarossen gibt es genug (gegen Gebühr) und auch Parkplätze für die Eltern gibt es auch (Bänke). Wer beim Spiel Hunger bekommt geht rüber zur Gastronomie am See und versorgt sich dort. Toll bei gutem Wetter!

Goede uitleg en aardige mensen. Onze dochter (11) huurde voor een uurtje een sup en heeft zich prima vermaakt.

Nice walk around, great lookout, artist exhibition in the garden, little church. It might be chilly as there is a lot of wind blowing up there.

Our group of 6 enjoyed the whole experience of Ramsberg and Pleinfeld! The family card was 35 Euros, food was available on board, as well as lounge chairs, table and chairs, Lego kids corner, etc... We all enjoyed the ship and the coffee and cake; not to forget to mention keeping dry from the rain. The M/S made us feel welcome and really feel that vacation we were on :). We were at the very top floor, and a children's area was available, along with summer couches, and a relaxed atmosphere. An elevator is on board, so no worries there about getting on any floor. Enjoy!

We went to this museum as part of a group and found it to be very informative and interesting. The tour covered all parts of the hops processes, both before and after automation. It also explained the role of the city and "Prince bishop". The brewery is now owned by the city.

Netter Barfusspfad durch den Wald. An verschiedenen Stationen können Kinder und Erwachsene mit ihren Füßen fühlen und erleben. Gegenüber vom Parkplatz geht es los und führt durch den Wald. Man kann das Ganze erweitern mit einem Rundweg bis hin zum See, zum Strandhaus Zweiseemplatz und zurück zum Parkplatz.

It´s a little bit crowded in the summer, but big enough to have a good time. Some fields need to be restored a little bit, but for non-experts it´s still good to play.
