One Tree Hill Lookout Walk (Centenary Trail)

For a taste of the Canberra Centenary trail this is a great introduction. Be rewarded with great views and plenty of bird life as you gradually ascend to the One Tree Hill Lookout. Keep an eye out for the critically endangered Orange Sunshine Moth when relaxing at the summit Lookout.

Yerrabi Pond District Park

Reviewed By suet404 - Canberra, Australia

A great place to exercise with your four legged friend (on leash) or a walk with friends. Great pathed ways around the pond which makes it easy to take a pram etc. Lovely birds in the pond and great play area for children. The pathway around the pond takes about an hour (easy stroll) and is so enjoyable. Easy for walkers/runners/bike riders etc.

Pankhurst Wines

Reviewed By anotherfamilyouting

Looking for an outing on a public holiday we found Pankhurst Wines open. Great selection to try and buy. Very much a working winery where you are in amongst the barrels and heart of the winery. Fantastic information about the suffragettes to browse whilst tasting. Definitely worth a visit whilst on The Canberra region. Informative and friendly hosts!
