This fly fishing float was even better than we expected. Mac knew just what to do and when to do it. My husband sat at the front of the boat and had a huge smile on his face the entire time. SUCCESS!

Great Northern Powder Guides

Reviewed By Mobile527698

We skied two separate days with Great Northern in fantastic snow and great terrain. Our guides Kira and Colton and driver Connor were awesome. They were so great that we requested them for our second day and had no problem with making that happen. For the hours that we shredded the great back country snow with Kira and Colton, it was almost as though Covid never even happened. I would highly recommend this to anybody with strong back country skiing skills and with a love of steep tree skiing. Kira loves snowboard jokes to study up before going. The town of Whitefish and the resort also enhanced our overall ski trip. For a bunch of Coloradoans, my hat is off to Great Northern and Montana in general. Thanks you all!

We specialize in wilderness pack trip vacations in the summer and wilderness fair chase hunting trips in September and October. Our guests ride well trained horses and mules on trails in the remote Bob Marshall Wilderness in northwest Montana. We pack gear the traditional historic method in manty tarps one on each side of a pack mule. With multiple mules packed this way it is called a pack string. It is awesome to see a loaded pack string going down these trails in a wilderness setting. Come join us on one of our summer vacations or wilderness hunting trips. You will enjoy the solitude the wilderness offers, see clear starry nights, experience clean clear water, beautiful mountain scenery and blue ribbon fishing.
