I know. Area surrounding is not the best but the park is such a gem. Very clean and friendly helpful staff. Could sit for hours and watch the elephants. We all loved feeding the giraffes. Snacks are not cheap however pretzel and cheese dip was a hit. And after a lot more walking had lunch outside of the "safari". Must must must have the garlic fries. I kid you not. Looking forward to the Christmas lights.

You Must see this place, and take the tour of Forestiere Gardens. Absolutely spectacular, intriguing and amazing. A real piece of history that will make you appreciate and understand the gardens. The guided tour is more than well worth it, as they explain the story behind the building of the gardens. There is no other place like this, truly a one of a kind and very very unique experience. Overall Rating ~ Excellent

We were very pleasantly surprised to find such a nice experience in the Tower District of Fresno. The dinner and drinks were very good, the service was outstanding and the play performance was very well done. We enjoyed everything. I had swordfish with nectarine salsa, fragrant rice (saffron?) and zucchini ribbons. I also had a wine spritzer but my friend's "Benjamin" was even more tasty. My partner's flatiron steak was delicious. We shared a blueberry peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. The cobbler came warm and the ice creak arrive in a separate frozen dish. They were assembled by the waiter. Dishes flew off the table once you were done. The play itself was outstanding. Everybody can sing and dance very well. Professional caliber. These actors have Broadway careers in their futures.

This theatre is in a great location. It is near several restaurants so you can arrive early and have dinner before your movie. Also, the theatre itself is fairly new, so the seats are comfortable and the screens are large and the sound system is decent. I also LOVE that this theatre has fresh brewed ice tea. Sounds ridiculous, but that is just one of the things I like about this theatre since I’m not a soda drinker.
