Lots to see and read. Walk the path and hear the men marching. Read descriptions of Gallipoli to Armistice as well as read words on the path to the end of the war. Also other free standing statues.

We don't usually travel cheap but in this instance we stayed in backpacker accommodation and it was great experience.Hosts were great and very accommodating.Beds were comfy and showers very hot even though we were off the grid. Scenery was breathtaking.Restaurants Thai,My Fat Puku and the Sports Club were amazing.The night sky was great for star watching.Flights with Fly My Sky were a good experience.To all the hosts on the Island a big thank you.

Great facility for mountain bikes, and for people of all ages. Plenty of parking, fenced area for saddling horses and good public toilets on site.
