Last distillery of Absinthe in Pontarlier, this is a family business for 5 generations (since 1890). You can attend the distillation in our centuries-old copper stills, and discover the bottling of our quality products: Pontarlier-Anis (unique aperitif made with distilled aniseed), absinthe, liqueurs and eaux-de-vie from plants and fruits (fir tree, gentian ...). Tour and tasting are free.

A distillery that is inextricably linked with life in Fougerolles, with exceptional Eaux-de-Vie made from blends produced in-house and by local home distillers... Each one of these precious elixirs from the Distillerie Coulin is packaged in their traditional glass decanters... Renowned for the exceptional quality of its Eaux-de-Vie, Crams & fruit Liqueurs, the Distillerie Coulin offers a wide range of spirits, both in classic flavors and some more unusual ones... Discover the famous AOC Kirsch de Fougerolles, as well as pear, raspberry, mirabelle and plum Eaux-de-vie, aged for an exceptionally long period of time, spirits made from rare berries, fruit in liqueur, and also the famous "Délice du Chalot" which beautifully marries the Bluets des Vosges with the AOC Kirsch de Fougerolles.
