We come here everytime there is a new exhibition. They are always very good.
The latest one, The myth Of Piero della Francesca is extremely interesting although there are only a limited number of works by the artist himself but plenty of other painters who were inspired by him, form there second half Of the 15th century until the '900s

Parco Urbano Franco Agosto

This garden is very big, not centrally located but definitely worth it! It's calm and peaceful when there's nobody around, and it becomes a playground when it's springtime and kids play around. I would say there's not much room for parking sometimes... But other than that it's nice, especially for a picnic or for a walk.

San Mercuriale Abbey

Reviewed By Andrea G

A peculiar Romanesque abbey, in the very center of the city, made of red bricks, somehow bare inside but thence really fascinating. The paintings by Marco Palmezzano are surprising. Besides the church you can visit a very nice cloister. Remark how the big bell-tower (very nice) seems to dominate the small church.

This piazza is the centre of Forli. It is dominated by the beautiful monastery and has a statue of Saffi who was an important figure in the unification of Italy. A good place to sit outside a cafe and quaff an espresso.

Cattedrale Di Santa Croce

Reviewed By Andrea G

A very big church, the Cathedral of Forlì, but probably not the most beautiful church in the city. A very tall façade with a porch made of big columns of bricks. Inside plenty of precious marbles and decorations in an imposing structure. You will probably like it if you love Neoclassical architecture, but if you like something more simple and tue, just visit the abbey of San Mercuriale, few minutes walking from the Cathedral.

Santuario Santa Maria Delle Grazie Di Forno

Reviewed By Achille F - Ravenna, Italy

The Rocca di Ravaldino was the only place I knew in Forli before we visited on a stop off between Verona and Florence. The Rocca and the small park around it were fantastic for a walk around the only bad point being you can't go inside the Rocca this is such a shame as it is a place of fantastic history and significance for the area.
