Black Canyon Lake

Gorgeous. We thought there was a trail all around the lake, but be aware that there is not. The regular trail is easy walking and affords nice views of the lake and surrounding area. The water level was low when we were there, but it was still lovely.

Woods Canyon Lake

The shoreline of this lake is covered with beautiful rock formations and pines. Great to kayak or paddle board. There is also a hiking path around the lake that takes 1 1/2-2 hours. Rentals are available. Nice campsites also.
