Awesome jeep rental! Quick response to any questions, and extremely easy pick up and return of vehicle. So much better than doing a rental car and the jeep was super fun to drive with the top off! I would highly recommend and I would definitely rent a jeep again from this company!

Provides a look at Keywest without walking around. Do the tour first thing in the morning. There are several stops that you can jump off to see sites. Apparently the city requires masks on public transportation. I've been on better type tours.

This trip was a bit of a disappointment. We were picked up at the Embassy Suites at 530am in Ft. Lauderdale and expected to be on the bus, but were picked up by a shuttle driver that took us to the bus, and then for the next 2.5 hours, we picked up alot of other folks...finally made it on the way to Key West around 830am, and we were told we would stop for bathroom at 9am. However, there were 2 accidents that kept us locked in traffic for almost 2 hours..so no stop u til we finally got to Key West at 1230pm..that was 7 hours one way! They told us to meet the bus at 6pm. Now, Key West is a lovely, tourist town, and we are not museum goers or shoppers or tour takers or bar hoppers so we really didn't need 6 hours, but we made the best of it and rented a scooter..that was fun! VERY HOT DOWN THERE so bring water and sunscreen!!! Nice town! Then we got on the bus at 6 and made it back to Miami around 915pm, then proceeded to drop allllll those people off and then at 1030 we met up with our shuttle driver and made it back to our car at 1115pm! It would be nice if the company told you that there are multiple stops before you get on the road to Key West...much better if you just drive yourself. Air conditioning on the bus could be a bit better too. Not gonna do that again ????

Motor coach bus that was used was semi non functional such as seats were broken not able to sit them upright. The compact restroom on the bus was deployable. Very nasty not able to flush, there was a bucket to collect the urine. In the midst of a pandemic there was no hand sanitizer in the restroom. The smell was unbearable. This was a three hour trip to and from Miami going to the Key West. I asked them to clean it and the driver agreed. On the way back the smell was worse. The driver used the restroom and as I stated no hand sanitizer in there. So that means he urinated and did not wash his hands. As he walked back to the front he was touching some of the seats with his nasty hands. Asked for some spray and he got an attitude. He drove 11/2 hours before offering a rest stop, when he did stop the gas station was closed, so he drove another 45 minutes before stopping for restroom. I had to spray my own perfume to try and cover up the urine smell. Not to mention when we got to the snorkeling adventure the changed the site as to where we was going. The people there was answering question with an attitude. Stating that we didn’t have to go, so try to get your money back. Terrible customer service.

Was visiting my newly found sister, who happens to work for Gatorpark. Her name is Susan Greenburg. She set up a wonderful sunset airboat ride into the Everglades. Our driver Kennasaw was a seasoned veteran at the controls. My grandchildren loved the ride, made memories to last a lifetime. Stopped at an old house in the Park which was used by President Eisenhower. This Park is well worth the trip if in the Miami area.
