Boutique Wines, Spirits, & Ciders

We are a small family owned business in the Hudson Valley. We strive to be more than a liquor store, but rather a destination for those wishing to learn and explore craftier selections. Think of us as the “FAO Scharz” of Hard Cider, Mead, Pet-Nats, Orange wine, craft spirits, etc. Our 15 foot cider bar with 13 tap lines of cider on tap for growler fills is unmatched in the area, as is our selection of we'll over 300 ciders and meads. With a focus on customer service as well as small production, sustainable, organic, biodynamic, guten free, vegan friendly, and local options, we think Boutique is a must stop shop when visiting the Fishkill area!

I cannot recommend this business more for your cider and liquor needs. They have an amazing selection including tons of cider options on tap. I have traveled twice from Long Island for their Grand Cider Tastings and always come away with new and exciting choices. The owners Paige and Gennaro are extremely knowledgeable and each recommendation from them is better than the last. You can tell they really care about their customers and products. If you are looking for a good place to stock up or try new drinks - I would highly suggest you check them out.

great executive golf course. There are three long holes that you can use your driver on but the rest of the holes are iron shots. There are 12 holes and they offer a senior discount.

SplashDown Beach

"America's Biggest Little Water Park!" New this Summer, ride the Megalodon! This prehistoric beast sends thrill seekers into a near-vertical, zero gravity experience! Hold on tight as your raft surges up the wall, hangs weightless then drops suddenly into another tunnel. It is the largest attraction of its kind in the Northeast! Plus, experience the thrills of the Bullet Bowl, Humunga Half Pipe , Pirate's Plunge and Pirate's Revenge. Kids will love Shipwreck Lagoon, a themed pirate ship with geysers, buckets, fountains and 4 wet n’ wild water slides. Don't forget to check out our Monster Wave Pool and Croc Creek Wavy Lazy River.

I was visiting Splashdown with 3 children when I was suddenly stung by a wasp (I have a bee sting allergy) in the lazy river. I jumped out of my tube and told a lifeguard and before I was even out of the lazy river, two more staff members were there to assist within seconds. One found my 3 kids and brought them to the first aid station where they brought me. They gave me Benadryl and a Gatorade while another staff member went with my son to get my epi pen (which I now know not to leave in the car!). They were calm, well organized, compassionate, and very well informed. We all felt much better considering what could have happened. Tara, the assistant general manager, was a real sweetheart, and even gave my kids ice cream for all their trouble- they thought it was the best day ever! Kay, the aquatics director, stayed by my side the entire time until the Benadryl kicked in and she knew I was ok. Tara stayed close by even an hour afterwards just to make sure I was fine. Kudos to the whole team!! We have had season passes for several years and we love Splashdown. Very clean, friendly and responsive staff, easy parking, affordable and really good food, and the rides are a lot of fun for all ages. Fun, safe, clean, and kind. I highly recommend it!!

Saw their production of Barefoot in the Park and loved every minute of it! Some laugh out loud moments and some ‘you could hear a pin drop’ moments. Food was delicious and well presented. Service was great. Family took me hear for my birthday celebration and what a wonderful time we had.
