My sister and I had fabulous facials and pedicures here ... the best treatments I’ve had in a long time and far better than some 5 star hotel spas! Ingrid very knowledgeable and thorough ... Ben was lovely to book with and helped us out with wine choices. The next day I went back for a manicure and blow dry. Again, wonderful and lovely service including a bottle of wine to try for my sister and I. So thoughtful. Thanks a million Ingrid and Ben. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends!

We had two relax massages (Romeu & Julieta), and also a pedicure. Very cosy and relaxing place, we got excellent massage, by very professional staff. We are very happy with the treatment and would very much like to return.

This was a great firm massage by therapist who really knows his trade. My shoulder pain vanished the day after treatment I would advise anyone in Burgau on holiday or who live there to go for massage at Beleza Burgau . I would give 6/5 if I could

A very friendly team and a spotless location. The D-stress program which i chose from a variety of retreats was a well-balanced schedule and meals from the meal plan were delicious and balanced. I took the yoga class and breathing and meditation workshops with Joao Gouveia, an amazing yogi who imspires and helps you find you balance through amazing breathing techniques. Plainly amazing!! I highly recommend a retreat at wellness Sayanna.

Come to our Yoga classes which are held throughout the year in Burgau ( and online via Zoom), Vinyasa Yoga Tues & Fri 9.30am at Burgau Sports Centre. Yin Yoga : Mon 6pm & Wed 9.30am at fit2lovelife in Burgau. Mon & Thurs 12.30pm Circuits Class at fit2lovelife in Burgau. Personal Training is available in our private gym in Burgau. Sports & Deep Tissue Massage is available in our Burgau Location. Nutritional Advice and support either online or a face to face consultation. Yoga Workshops are held on 1st Saturday in the month from 9.30am - 12.30pm

I turned up today for my Personal training session with Ann but I was struggling to participate because my body is so sore following an ankle injury (I feel like I’m all out of sync because of the crutches & now a boot affecting how I walk) After a bit of manipulation Ann suggested I ditch the PT session for a sports massage & it was the best thing ever. My back and shoulders were so knotted up & there were moments when I thought ‘oh my God why did I agree to this?!’ but I felt soooooo much better after. That woman really knows her stuff!! I can’t recommend her enough Back to PT on Thursday now that she’s managed to unravel some of the knots but I think I might need to book in for a few more of her Sports massages on my road to recovery

I tried several services in a single morning at Yindi Beauty. The deep tissue massage was wonderful, Marta did fantastic job, my whole body felt much better following the massage. Another young lady, gave me a manicure and a pedicure, she too did an excellent job. All for a very reasonable price and in a very pleasant atmosphere.

I was enrolled in the 200h YTT Online and it was an amazing experience! The structure of the course was made easy and well thought. It truly was a transformative process in each module and in each homework. You can feel the improvement and the hours you put into training are worth it. The teachers have a profound knowledge in Yoga and they know how to help the students. Their passion is shown in this course and you feel prepared to teach Yoga when you reach the finish line. All in all, it is a great Yoga School and I 100 % recommend them to anyone!

I used to attend the yoga classes with Isabel and Chi gong & Tai Chi classes with Urbano at the studio. Then I tried the live stream classes when the studio closed because of the virus. First I thought its strange, now I prefer them then going back to the studio. Isabel is a great teacher and so is Urbano. Well worth a try................. Big thank you to Isabel, Urbano and Karuna the owner.
