I had a massage in a private room with a friend. Massage and facial combination. The facial and massage was heavily. The staff are very good at what they do. The surrounds are really lovely. Lots of mosquitos though, so definitely be prepared for this (they do offer bug spray). Staff are professional and well presented and the quality of treatment really good.
I was here in renovation time and there was a lot of banging. The staff gave me a $50 voucher for next time off my service as an apology. This was clever marketing as it was my last day on holiday and chances of me coming back anytime soon to use that voucher are slim. Would have been better a discount at point of sale.
You also need another toilet somewhere as there was always a big line up for the one loo. I will definitely come back here again though if I have the chance one day and do recommend this as the best Spa around the Noosa area. I have had facials all around the world and this one was right up there. We also got a complimentary glass of champagne or tea prior to our treatment.

Tewantin National Park

What an amazing view. As you drive to the coast from Cooroy your eyes are drawn to the shelter shed atop the mountain. We finally took time to investigate this landmark. We took, the just under 10 kilometres drive from Tewantin, on the Cooroy/Tewantin Road, Take the turn to Mt Tinbeerwah Lookout. There is ample car parking followed by a short (under 400 metres) walk. There is some uneven surface but it is mostly a paved path with several steps. The incline may cause those with low fitness levels to take a break but it is an easy walk. Take your camera and some water and expect to meet people from all over Australia or the world. It would be amazing at sunset with layers of vista.

A wonderful bookshop that seems to have whatever book, no matter how different, you could possibly want. And even if they don't, they can order it and have it within days.
May be a little more expensive than online retailers but the service is worth it and it is so important to have such a wonderful shop for book lovers in such a small town.

This is a great spot to visit with well priced local fare. Lots to sample and very obliging staff. We enjoyed seeing some of the manufacturing in progress behind large glass windows and left with a swag of edible goodies including Roo Poo (choc sultanas) and macadamia butter (to die for). Definitely put this one on the list if you're heading to the Sunshine Coast!

Fascinating range of quality leather goods of real craftsmanship - not much concession to modern designs, more the old fashioned traditional styles. Something for everybody from bags, wallets, diaries (even if they go back to 2011), caps for open air driving.
Exceptional value - far cheaper than you would find in city leather stores.
