Happy fruit farm is a must stop for anyone in Ecuador or anyone heading to Peru! (It's about 40 min from the border) It is accessible and remote and is a project with a big heart! They take sustainable living and creativity with all seriousness, compassion and love for the world; while eating world class food ingredients grown right in the farm! Their tours are exceptional and give you a wonderful glimpse of Ecuador's ecosystems. Tanya is also an innovative vegetarian and vegan chef with much knowledge of the plants around her. She and Jorge make a great family team with big dreams! Come and be inspired (and eat really well)!

Welcome to the Banana Tour!A local banana farmer will take you for a walk on a fairtrade banana farm, where you'll see how the fruit evolves from a flower into a bunch of bananas ready to be shipped to Europe or the United States. We'll take you through the process of harvesting and packing the banana, and when the fruits are in their boxes you'll have lunch prepared by the farmers' wives.
