Horse Riding El Chorro

Horse Riding El Chorro is a small friendly horse riding association, set in the stunning mountains of El Chorro, near Alora, Malaga. We accompany riders on treks through and around the stunning woodlands and mountains surrounding El Chorro. There’s a beautiful selection of off-road routes, through pine forests, olive groves and open countryside; with views across to Malaga and the coast, the nearby lakes and sheer mountains. Treks range from 2 hours up to a full day (6 hrs incl. picnic) and we do a 2 day trek with over night camping food and drink incl.

this was an absolute amazing experience -it was really good value -the horses have been nice and happy animals -marc is an adorable person (check r.redford horse whisperer kind of super sympathetic person), and so sensible to the needs of his clients, oh not to forget a good storyteller about the history of the valley and finally a good hearted and really funny guy -the nature and surroundings are just perfect ( we did a two hour loop which covered everything from flatlands to woods to exposed nice view plateau) -me a medium to not so experienced cowboy and my girlfriend a total beginner enjoyed it a lot and even dared to galopp for short bits as we just felt safe with marc the horses and so on with ourselves... recommended! whooha clemens&lisa
