My second visit here and the only disappointment is the lack of tourists, which obviously has nothing to do with the business. The first visit I had was first class, this one a little more low key. Not to worry, I enjoyed a Praga unfiltered, quite strong and one I'll avoid in future, and a very good "Big bear", a pale ale that is very morish and would sell all over the world ???? I prefer to sit inside here and enjoy the music

Absolutely fabulous! Staff were excellent, the waitress was very friendly and explained the drinks etc. The barman was very professional and the cocktails are very well thought out. You have to find out the password online to enter the bar, as it has a secret entry system. Takes you back in time and is great fun. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to all of my friends that visit Barcelona.

La Bombilla has amazing cocktails created by a very talented, award-winning mixologist (try the one with thyme on it - superb!). But it's also a very cozy bar. From the familiar owner always behind the bar, to the handcrafted wood furniture to the spacious places to sit. It's one of my favorite places in town, both as a place to go with a date or with a big group of friends.
