Homestay redefined. Very near to Siliguri, located near the Don Bosco school of Samther Village, a prestine and pure ambiance. Property is near the church. All rooms are view rooms and offer mesmerizing view both day and night. They have driver's accommodation too. Offers pick and drop service(paid) in their owned bolero. Road condition will not allow any car apart from SUVs. No ATM, NO HARDDRINKS available nearby. As it is a sacred village, guests are requested to be rational while consuming harddrinks. Host encourage social drinking or non drinkers. All mobile network available, Voda, jio, bsnl, airtel..... No wi-fi. No tv. We watched on our mobile. Staff are polite, friendly and service oriented. Good food, reasonable cost. Hosts are poised and caring. Booking is done thru Bentrip ( 098322 52849) or direct. 1600 per night per head on AP basis. Value for money. Highly recommended for group or family. Samthar offers both sunrise and sunset views. Visit Rai Dara for sunrise and Panbu Dara ( highest point of Sinchal, 8 km from property) for mesmerizing sunset and view of river Teesta (almost like Google map) on one side and Mt. K (full range) on the other side. Best time for panbu is March April or October November for full show of Mt K. Visit nearby (15 km from property) Suruk Relli Nature Park for the hanging bridge and natural view of river Relli, enjoy open air beer point on a sunny day, but don't crush the bottles. Return it to the beer point. This could be a great place for camping also. Food can be supplied by the village people just opposite the river. The spot is still virgin.

A mesmerising place to visit and spend some quite time in the shadow of giant pine forest.. if you’re enough lucky and sky is clear, you will be able to watch the mighty mountains with white shimmery ice on the top of that in opposite site.. a man made creation could be such beautiful I didn’t have enough idea..I went there in winter.. I think winter is the best time to visit this place..

Nice place to visit. Please book the room through west bengal forest department official website. It will take 2:30 hr from siliguri and cab rate near about 2500INR. ROOM RATE:2016INR Foods are average but Mr.Bishnu Ji(cook) is very polite and always ready to make your choicable dishes. The silence , the nature and 4 local places like: Rock Island, Neura valey dam canel, shiva mandir , And the Samsing village, MandalGau is really very nice. You can enjoy your day there. Savin World Resorts Private Limited castle themed park, beautifully located at the foothills of Himalayas and the banks of Mahananda River, is covering approximately 10 acres. It consists of Savin Kingdom , a dry park section with numerous thrill rides including Break Dance, Paratrooper, Monorail, Swing chair, Fume Ride, Go cart, and Dashing cars. Further on it encompasses several cultural activities such as henna painting, pottery making, fortune tellers and magicians along with an outdoor food court. Then there's Savin Plaza , a large Entertainment mall with food court accommodating national and international food brands, Alishan a pure Vegetarian restaurant, Alishan a Multi crusine restaurant, Kbs Galaxy a multi cuisine restaurant, Kbs Bengali Restaurant, Bar facility with hookah, Cinemax is the Multiplex . Then there's Savin Water park which has all the latest water rides like multilane, rain dance, tunnels rides, Playstationstaton for kids and Wave pool. We have changing room, shower rooms, rentals of swimming costumes, tubes and googles. Savin Retreat , A 3 Star Resort with state of the art infrastructure and international standards with Led Tvs and all modern amenities. Savin banquets is the largest outdoor banquet area in Siliguri. Their are two indoor banquets of 8000 sq feet area without any obstructions opening to a 14,000 sq feet lawn. Their is a 3000 sq feet smaller banquets for get together and conferences overlooking the wavepool. The park is located off Hill Cart road near Darjeeling more just 600 meters from Hotel Sinclair and 5 minutes walking distance.
