We arrived in Dambulla with only a slight idea of what we wanted to see. Out of chance and luck, we booked a homestay with Nalin and his family, who happened to be starting Seasons Tours. Staying with his family was a great experience. They served us authentic Sri Lankan cuisine, and we gained some insight into life in Sri Lanka. As a tour guide, Nalin is the best! With insight into the history of the area, a willingness to adapt to all of our needs, and perfect English, you have everything you need for an amazing holiday in Sri Lanka. He'll also sort our any rides you need, including transport to Kandy or one of the many World Heritage sites near Dambulla. Without a doubt, my favorite tour guide I've had anywhere in the world.
