Son is the name of the driver and he was very courteous and a safe driver. Highly recommended. Although he couldnt speak much english we were communicating via google translator and that got us to places where we wanted to go.

My family (9 adults and 3 kids aged 2-4) visited Da Nang from 20-23 November 2018, and prior to arrival in Da Nang, had engaged the services of Danang Private Driver. Communication was easy, and responses were fairly swift - they had our itinerary all planned out once I told them where we'd like to visit in Da Nang. Once we touched down in Da Nang, driver was waiting for us already right after we exited immigration. Throughout our trip, driver was friendly, shared stories about places in Da Nang, suggested changes to our itinerary when he saw that the kids were restless and tired because of the hot weather. It was our first time in Da Nang, and what a positive and memorable experience we had, made even better with our driver. Would love to return to Da Nang again sometime, and if so, would definitely engage the services of Danang Private Driver again. In fact, I've already recommended their services to a friend visiting in January next year :)

We booked our trip from Da Nang to Hoi an with VM Cars. We hadn‘t used a private driver in vietnam thus far and were curious as to how it would be, given that most of the country does not speak english very well. And then we met our driver, Nam. He picked us up at our hotel in Da Nang and was already waiting for us when we checked out in the lobby 5 Minutes before our scheduled pickup. Nam was incredibly helpful from the first second. He stored our heavy travel backpacks in the trunk, opened and closed the doors for us and immediately engaged in a very pleasant and informative conversation in english. As we were planning on making a stop at Ba Na Hills to visit the golden bridge, Nam took us there prior to driving to Hoi An and provided us with all sorts of information about buildings, vietnamese culture and his people on the way there. Also, he stopped at a very cute local place for us to get a coffee and although I don‘t drink coffee, my girlfriend (who works as a barista) had one and said it was one of the best she ever had - at a fracture of the tourist price. Once arrived at Ba Na Hills, Nam stayed with us until we got on the cable car and picked us right up where we left him a few hours a ago. Upon arriving in Hoi An, he showed us around and told us about the various stores, restaurants and areas, gave us tips as to where to eat, where to get a haircut and where to shop to get fair prices. Then he took us to a local restaurant and introduced us to Hoi An‘s famous dish Cao Lau, which we really enjoyed, before ultimately dropping us off right in front of our hotel in Hoi An. We were VERY satisfied. In fact, we were so happy with Nam and VM cars, that we booked our next trip to Hué also with VM cars, which we booked at their Hoi An office, where the owner, Ben, himself came in on Sunday to assist us with our booking and gave us a discount on top. BOTTOM LINE: If you want to get around in Hoi An and Da Nang in a very comfortable, informative and safe way, you ought to look at VM cars as your trusted travel partner.
