This is the best service you will ever experience in a tackle shop—not just in the Keys—ANYWHERE! These guys—every one of ‘em—treat greenhorns and captains with the same respect and courtesy. They helped me—a rookie for sure—have successful trips each time I’ve fished the lower keys, pointing me to the gear I need and away from what I didn’t. Made great recommendations for where to go, charters I might check out etc. They could give customer service lessons to any retailer. Buy your tackle and gear here once and you will go back!
