The winery specializes in the production of ultra-premium wines that showcase the remarkable quality and terroir of the Monticello AVA. We visited Pro Re Nata with friends to see the Synergy Twins on Sunday, December 29. The Synergy Twins are fantastic but Pro Re Nata is a great place all on its own! I am a cider fan and was so happy to enjoy a glass of cider while the others in our group had a good time with beer flights, finding favorites. Lunch was not only available but a variety of selections ensured everyone in our group found something delicious to eat. There were people of all ages visiting and while the place was busy everyone was relax Ed and comfortable, and we could hear each other (not something we take for granted).
