Modern setup with great view. Service is good although slow. The cocktails are not bad. They have most of the known brands available. I would recommend a visit if you are staying in the same area but not to be taken out of your way.

Pavillon des Indes

Reviewed By beatriz a - Paris, France

The Pavillon des Indes was built for the Universal Exposition of 1878, by the British government. Later abandonned, it was bought by the French Monuments service and has just been redone and openned to the public. It is of Indian inspiration, it houses a museum, and it also houses an artist for 18 months; he/she can expose his sculptures. This museum is free for visitation. The visits, guided, are available only once a month, plus one night visit thursday evening, again once a month. The metro station is Pont de Levallois, cross the bridge, go into the park. This small, interesting museum has a "very special history"!! Originally it was built for the 1878 Paris "World Fair" to house the Pavilion of Norway and Sweden. It was subsequently bought and given to an aristocrat's adopted daughter who, upon her death, left her wealth to create an interesting/personal collection. The Museum also borders a Park.

This place has a very special design for a city park: a slope with a waterfall lies in the middle, with steps and trees on both sides, benches at the bottom and skyscrapers wherever you look.
We took Bus 73 to "Alsace" (2nd stop after the bridge).

I was on a business trip in Paris and as I am an experieced climber I was looking for a good bouldering gym in Ile-de-France. After visiting other gyms I can say that this is the best bouldering gym in the Parisian region! The staff is really friendly and very competent. The gym is very clean and the blocks are really well opened! What I really liked is that the gym is very well-lit by big windows on the roof. I have seen that they were changing the routes during the day so I think the walls are well maintained. They even have a sauna so we can relax after a hard training session.
I can only recommend this place if you are a climber but also if you want to discover this sport for the first time. Thanks for the experience Blocbuster!

Excellent play centre for children up to about 12 years. Very safe indoor environment with various challenges for children to undertake. Cafe with reasonably priced refreshments. The venue also has 4 separate rooms for birthday parties, so children may celebrate a birthday and then enjoy the play area.

Eglise Saint-Pierre Saint-Paul

Reviewed By gerdom59 - Paris, France

I arranged the shuttle service through my hotel, Melia La Defense. It was a very early pick up time of 5am. The driver came to greet me in the lobby and escorted me to the car which was clean. The drive was smooth and I felt safe, although there was a torrential downpour of rain.
