probably the most fun thing we did during our visit to colorado. they explained everything very clearly and were all so welcoming and ready to have a great time. our tour guide was the best, this was my first time atving and will definitely be back. they have so many other activities i have to come back for! the views are beautiful and such a fun ride to the top. great for familys friends couples or even solo! 100/10 rating:)

What a nice surprise Black Tie Ski Rental was. Not only did we save money compared with renting on the mountain, it was super easy. We wanted to try a different pair of skis one day, called Stephanie and there they were at our condo door with new skis. Totally recommend Black Tie. Thanks for making our trip that much easier and better.

From the first phone call to Evan and multiple calls due to the historic snowstorm speaking with Isabella and ultimately with John, I give this company a true 5 stars for professionalism and understanding the true nature of skiing and customer service. The owner Christopher was our tech in person at the lodge and fitted us all with many tips on skiing and what to look for and to make our experience the best. My helmet was a bit too big for my head and with one phone call to Isabella, we had a tech within 20 minutes with several adult and kid sizes. They really want you to be properly equipped because it is all about safety. That is Black Tie Skis Rentals mission. They actually went above and beyond when we got into trouble with AS (Altitude sickness) and was grounded for the remainder of the trip. One call to BTSR, John, and they came right out picked everything up and offered every effort to amend the trip and make us feel welcomed and truly looked out for. I will always book directly with Black Tie Ski Rentals, Breckenridge.

You can't beat a company that arrives at your hotel, fits the whole family and returns to pick up the equipment when all your skiing is done. The techs were knowledgeable, friendly and answered any questions we had about the area. The techs even returned later in the morning at the mountain when one of my daughters had an issue with her binding. Problem solved within fifteen minutes. Our next issue was the inability to obtain a reservation due to COVID occupancy limits on the mountain and couldn't ski a second day. I emailed the owner, Chris, and he offered us credit for our next visit or a refund because the original rental was for two days. What a great way to treat customers! We'll always use them in the future!

Amazing customer service. The boys in lionshead went above and beyond today!!! We left our ski boots at the shop and they brought them to us. Beers on Tucker!!

We were blown away by how easy Black Tie made renting skis. They arrived at our hotel with all the right equipment and even helped us navigate the mountain/village. Mid-week we swapped our skis for some snowy conditions at the main shop and they had us back on the mountain in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend black tie and avoid the unnecessary crowds of a traditional rental place. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Great way to learn about Fort Lauderdale. I live here but had a friend visiting and it was fun for both of us. This would be great for a group of friends, coworkers, or bachelorette party. The remote adventure coach, Katie, was great- helpful when needed!!
