October 29, 2021 Malia Yoakum

While it may sound like a French village, Coeur d'Alene (pronounced core-da-lane) is decidedly all-American. Located in northern Idaho, this lakefront resort offers five-star amenities in a beautifully rugged setting. Visitors enjoy everything from pristine golf courses and professional quality tennis courts to hiking on pine-forested trails and biking through natural preserves. The sparkling Coeur d'Alene Lake is the center of most of the action. Sunbathe on the beach, water ski, kayak or tour the area by sea plane. At night, dine in fine restaurants and see top-rated shows. With upscale attractions in an unspoiled setting, Coeur d'Alene offers visitors the best of both worlds.

Northwest Flyboard

New extreme sport that is taking the world by storm. Hydro-boarding is a personal water jet that mounts to your feet via wakeboard boots on a board. The water pressure created from a personal watercraft (PWC) is redirected through a 60 foot hose that splits into two nozzles right beneath your feet that are pointed down, creating about 480ft pounds of lift. Fly like Superman out of the water.

We were going to rent the bike at the Hiawatha trail but they were having issues on their website and the website shows sold out ... We found this place thru Yelp... and glad we did. I spoke with Matt over the phone and he was very patience enough to explain things to me about the rentals and what comes with the rental. We rented 3 adult bikes and 2 kids bike. It came with the helmet and a 4 bike rack. (I wish they would give us the lights too since Hiawatha’s trail tunnels are dark) Nevertheless.... the start of the rental process and return process was very quick. They allow us to clean up the bikes on their parking lot and using their hose... (that was very cool!) Very nice people, Matt and Asher ... Thank you for all of your assistance ????????????????????????
