Clinton is the county seat of Van Buren County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 2,602 at the 2010 census, making it the most populous city in the county (reclaiming the distinction from the resort community of Fairfield Bay). The city was named for DeWitt Clinton, the New York governor who built the Erie Canal; he had also been a U.S. Senator from New York.

Don't allow the name "Pottery" Shop stop you from visiting this place! Yes, there is pottery but that is just the tip of the iceburg. They have unique clothing, home wares, decorative signs, baskets, soaps, and a huge variety of Razorback things like jewelry and tee shirts. We never fail to find something for ourselves or to be used for gifts. Located in the foothils of the Ozarks, the folks are friendly and you can't go wrong by stopping by.

Privately owned and flawless presentation of a natural wonder. Nice gift shop. 1880's cabin with artifacts of the Era. Short hike. Stairs to the top. Nicely done. Friendly staff.
