Snap a photo of your reflection in the silver Cloud Gate sculpture at Millennium Park before heading to Grant Park to get hit with the refreshing spray of Buckingham Fountain. There are dozens of museums and theater companies in Chicago, so a cultural experience is never hard to find. You’re sure to laugh your head off at the Second City Theater, the professional launch pad of many famous comedians.

This is a must do. My friends and I did the Bordeaux Menu on 1/8/2020 with Ryan and a number of other people. It was a fantastic experience and exceeded our expectations. Ryan was able to manage all of us and get us all involved in the preparation of our meal. We learned a lot of tips, had fun preparing the meal, got to wear chef's hats and aprons, and we all gathered around a table for a wonderful meal. What a concept to get so many people together and then to have us all work together to prepare a larger meal, from appetizers through dessert. Ryan did a great job with us. Will be back.

HOLLOW LEG hosts interactive Chicago cocktail making classes for public, private, and corporate events. At our cocktail classes, we are dedicated to instilling you with the know-how and confidence to make great alcoholic drinks using use a hands-on approach, all while underscoring the importance of the art + science behind what you’re drinking. Don't or can't drink alcohol? We believe in "Democratic Drinking," and also teach the science behind no-proof cocktails, too, either as a stand alone class or along with a regular class! Everyone in your party will be able to indulge and learn! You'll walk away from our mixology classes with Julia Child-like conviction, feeling inspired, energized, and ready to create!

I took a public mixology class from HOLLOW LEG and it was fun and educational - Devin really knows her stuff. She was also super funny and had a BIG personality, so everyone was laughing from the get-go. This is NOT your normal cocktail class (thankfully!): She teaches a lot about the science of mixology and how we perceive taste, and even though I consider myself a cocktail buff, it was a lot of things I had never heard of before. We made three cocktails in class that were customized to each person’s palate, and I was super proud that each of my cocktails was better than the last. The class had a lot of couples and groups of friends, and she even hosts bachelorette parties and bachelor parties, as well as corporate and private events. If you’re looking for an amazing time and want to learn something, I can’t recommend this cocktail class enough!

We went for lunch. It was crowded but enjoyable. Even in Italy I've never seen so many Italian food items for sale. In the middle of this bounty, are cozy, specialized eating areas--pasta, pizza, gelato, ,pastries and more. Wonderful!

Starting with the old school ambiance when you step inside you know you are in for a treat. The house Italian salad is a must try while waiting on your pizza to cook. The tangy house dressing was simply outstanding The house special deep dish is by far the best pizza I have ever ate. Full of flavor and cooked to perfection The service was 5 star plus. They offer a great attention to detail often missed these days

I have run a supper club as a chef for two years and a Chicago restaurant club for five years, and eaten and shopped at many local establishments. I’ve also written about the local food scene for local publications and love to get out and learn more.
