This park just keeps getting better with age. It’s a beautiful place for a casual stroll or power walk, full of lovely native plants and wildflowers. Lots if people have taken to fishing during these slow days of the pandemic. The Parks Department takes excellent care of the area. A real asset in the burbs.

Great selection of stores to choose from. Food court and several other food/snack spots, as well. Prices typically range from $$-$$$. Clean restrooms. Ample parking available. Makes for a fun day of shopping!

Numerous FREE types of family entertainment are offered at the unique and modern amphitheater location - from Free concerts, to movies under the stars, to Taste of St. Louis and a number of spring plant shows and fall festivals. Parking is available for most of the large activities via shuttle bus from Chesterfield Mall. Lovely foot paths as well for a peaceful dog or child walking afternoon to view fall colors....

The Awakening is such a great place to visit, summer or snowy times, the pics are so much fun and the kids enjoy climbinga ll over the arms, legs etc. Chesterfield has so much to offer an dit is right by the amphitheater and the lake and the slow waterfall trail.
