Incredible - and free- humongous play structure for kids and big kids at heart alike. Massive four story structure with two giant slides, climbing galore, a place to picnic and tons to see/explore. Little kids have a nearby area, but be prepared to chase them as they chase the older ones. Don't come when too hot (no shade) but a great place to visit w kids in Bucks County.

We've been going to Peace Valley for decades. Lake galena was where I learned to windsurf before they ruined the launch area. You can still rent rowboats and canoes. A six mile walking trial is perfect thought a few hills will get you working. The nature center is a treat.
Picnic areas are nice and I understand you can reserve them for family picnics, etc.
Biggest problem is bicycling around the lake has gotten to be a struggle because of the poor condition of the trails and others with baby carriages and strollers have complained as well. Once upon a time it was fun for roller blades, too, but forget it now.

I collect Byers Choice Figures.. have been doing so for over 30 years. I started with the original Carolers and they have since added many new things to their line. For example, the Kindles, Christmas mice, etc. So, to be surrounded by hundreds of them for me was truly an experience.
It was fascinating to watch the artisans at work from an upstairs viewing area..13 individuals have a hand in creating these dolls. There are no two dolls exactly alike because of so many people working on each one.
There is a short introductory film and then free self guided tours are offered from Wednesday to Saturday from 10 until 4:30. Then, it's time to shop in the Emporium! There is one spring figurine, a lady in a lavender print dress with a big straw hat that can only be purchased at this store as a token of thanks to the many visitors.

Seating is tight and the theater is very drafty, particularly if you are seated near a door. However, the theater is quaint and inviting as well as intimate. Shows are moderately priced and affordable for most everyone. Drinks and food are available before the show but expect to pay a premium. Seats are ok, a bit uncomfortable but doable. Great venue to enjoy a concert or event with friends without breaking the bank

We went so that the children could tour the factory and buy chocolate. We should have called prior to going, which is what the staff recommends. But we looked around the shop and found plenty to purchase. I appreciate the fact that they have the...MoreWe're sorry to hear that the factory wasn't working that day. We do close down for maintenance a few days each year. We welcome you to come back and see how we make those delicious confections!

This place has approximately 8-9 different bounce houses and slides. Food is also available like hot dogs and pizza. Birthday rooms are available.
Occasionally on Local Flavor, a coupon program, coupons BOGO are available.
This is a place you can feel comfortable letting your children run. There are staff members at every bounce house.

We've taken this tour four times now, and each time has been a treat -- one of our all-time favorite attractions. If you can, get the tour with Marcy, who is wonderfully knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Mercer built this fabulously eccentric and ingenious seven-story home out of poured concrete so he could display his collection of tiles, going back to ancient times and produced in his own factory. He was a brilliant designer and a collector of all kinds of odds and ends and it is fascinating to see how he brought it all together in his magnificent home, a true one of a kind.

Produce is good. Baked goods are iffy, sometimes dried out. When fresh they are good. Snadwiches are interesting but, often we have had ingredients listed on menu board being left out. For the price they should not skimp on the ingredients, unpleasant surprise. In the past they had lovely gifts and cards to purchase. These seem to be gone now. We loved the former cozy, friendly country feel. Seem to be gravitating to a country via N.Y. vibe. You know, a City dwellers idea of 'country'. We used to bring our guests from out of town here for the rural experience . They could pretend they were not ' city slickers' for a bit and relax. We all enjoyed the chickens and farm like ambiance.

Was looking for another rainy day activity to do while visiting King of Prussia Mall from out of state, and Stone and Key was a close enough drive. As a fan of sweet wines, cider, and mead, this place looked optimistic from their website, and they definitely delivered on all three accounts. They had a nice variety of products ranging from sweet to dryer. Definitely something for everybody. Tasting room was plenty spacious, staff were friendly, and they were totally cool with us checking out a private mashing that was occurring in the back of their facility. Overall, I definitely recommend this place, and would gladly stop back in if I'm ever back in the area.
