Kali Ka Tibba

Very good Kali temple on Mountain top. We have panoramic views of the Mountains from the front of the temple and also from the back of the temple. Excellent Sunset view (one of the best I've ever seen) from the back of the temple. Not very crowded. Silent and peaceful.

It's a Culture park with a Surya Mandir in house. All deities of Hindu mythology are sculptured and make their presence here. A stream flows besides this park. Well maintained and good enough to spend an hour here.

Chail Wildlife Sanctuary

En-route to our abode as we traveled in our Innova we crossed the wild life sanctuary. It was told that cheetahs were spotted few years back but at present there are only sambhars. Really doubt this too as we spent around half an hour and could not see any one rather no animal at all. So moved ahead abandoning the very idea of spending more time,

Maharaja's Palace

Reviewed By VIVEKCOOL30 - Noida

This is not a fort or Palace... better to say it a Bunglow. It has been converted into Hotel and you can just visit some main lobbies on payment of Rs 100 Per person. I am not sure for what they are taking money. Its just like a Big and good old Bunglow. Althpugh you will good nature views and good trees with lovely greenery at garden of palace. This can be visited only as there are not much points at chail otherwise it has nothing to see much and not even worth to pay Rs 100 per person.

Having been bombarded with info on the world's highest cricket ground, we didn't want to miss it. After reaching the spot we were totally disappointed seeing the place locked up ground occupied by other sports. Though maintained by the Army (Rashtriya Sainik School) the overselling of the venue leads to major disappointment and please don't waste your time visiting this venue, you too will end up disappointed the way we were
