Cooking Class by Cristina Brino

The classes are held on a special place and Cristina will teach you to prepare "empanadas mendocinas" in the clay oven. We will continue preparing meet and vegetables on the open fire with fresh chumichurri sauce based on Arauco olive oil .We finish the class with a desert: caramelized fruit from the clay oven. Finca Adalgisa Malbec wine will be present during all the experience! Advance reservation and payment is required. The Cooking class is not available everyday so, we recommend you to book asap!

The cooking class with Cristina was an intimate, engaging experience and the perfect was for my wife and I to spend our first evening at Finca Adalgisa. Cristina did a wonderful job explaining how she makes each dish and each one tasted amazing. The wine provided throughout the class and dinner was also top-notch.

Bodega Familia Canepa Martin

We are a family winery, located in Chacras de Coria, Lujan de Coria, Mendoza. This winery is from the XIX century and was completely recycled, thinking mainly about quality, in order to express the attributes that our our terroirs offer at the foot of the Andes. With this proposal we want to communicate the style of our wines, contrasting the old with the modern.

This family run winery is awesome to see how a winery is run. We had a tour through the whole process, very informative. Our guide very friendly and enthusiastic about it all. We had tasting of white and 2 reds and all were delicious. The tasting area is all decorated out of old wine barrels and corks.

We visited this winery independently from any guided tour when we hired bikes for the day and were so glad we visited! The tour and tasting was 300 peso per person and was exceptional value for money. We received 2 glasses of wine as well as large samples the whole way around the tour! The family all speak very good English and were great guides! They also produce beer which is delicious! Swing by if you’re in the area, you won’t regret it!
