Colle Adimari

In the countryside around the little Renaissance town of Cerreto Guidi, along the ancient via Francigena, we take care of the vineyards our grandfather passed on to us. Every year we pick our grapes and dedicate ourselves to producing genuine wines linked to the land we grew up on. We will show you what it takes to make the wine that tells our story. The people, the place, and the transformation from the grape to the finished product. You will see our vineyard, our cellar and our tasting room where we will open our bottles to taste alongside some local bites. Our experiences at the winery are completely customizable, they are just for your group and are tailored to your wants. From a casual wine tasting, or a stroll through the vineyard where the evening ends with a breathtaking view of our Tuscan sunset. We want to make sure your expectations are fully met, in doing so a reservation booked in advance is appreciated.

The vineyard Colle Adimari received us with great hospitality and showed us their beautiful vineyard, told about the wine making and the history of the farm, and last but not least, we got to taste the delicious wines. We ordered wines and will order again when they are finished. Thank you for unforgettable memories in wonderful Tuscany.
