I did the SUP Yoga class with my girlfriend and a few more people joined. I found it amazing, specially because the equipment was excellent quality and the instructor was great. It is a really good workout for the legs, arms and abs, but aditionally it is a very relaxing activity. Being my first time doing stand up paddle, I was surprised that it wasn't difficult at all, but it did demand a lot of attention to balance. This activity can help me a lot for improving in mountain biking. San Gil is such a great place for SUP yoga because of its very good weather almost year round, the water is very clean, not too cold, and very still. However it can be a bit windy in the afternoons. Aditionally, the reastaurant right outside the lake is really good with really good prices.
