It was a sunny afternoon and we were looking some indoor activity to spend the time. My friend saw this place from Tripadvisor. Since it's the "1st Top Thing To Do List" in Malacca therefore we gave it a try. In the beggining, we received a warm welcome from Ms. Melanie. She gave us a briefing about the rules while interacting with the huskies. Hand sanitizer is provided. Surprisingly this place is unexpectedly amazing as we are able to interact with more than 10 Siberian Huskies in a clean environment. There are staffs always duty in the area to ensure the safety of the dogs and human.Free photography service is available.Not only that, there is an education gallery available for us to understand more about the breed. In the end of the session, there are free drinks available to claim at the cafe. We would definitely come back when we are back to Malacca. Thumbs up to Melanie for the friendly service ????????

A museum featuring 50s to 70s old trades including old traditional chinese medicine shop, the red, blue and white pole barber shop, a go-go era tailor shop, village style sundry shop and an old tricycle delivery transportation of Rothmans, etc. It is very entertaining and also educational.

The museum is very charming. The enormous amounts of interesting antiques is complemented with the passion of mister Tih who manages the museum. Take some time to have a lengthy conversation with him, it's definitely worth it!

I must declare this my favourite artist and gallery in Melaka. Mr Tham has won awards and accolades and a few pieces of his artwork adorn my walls at home. This visit, I introduced my sister to his work, and she admitted this was the highlight of our 3-day trip to Melaka. His shophouse is a veritable gallery. Mr Tham and his sons will let you roam the 2 level premises. We were fortunate enough to be taken around. We spent an easy 2 hours there and came out inspired and in awe of his talent and how humble he is. I understand he will be holding a solo exhibition in the National Art Gallery in KL in August-September 2020. For those who can go, please go. He will attempt to showcase 70-80 pieces of artwork. For those who can go to Melaka to visit, please give yourself enough time to check out this beautiful gallery.

Five pooches with very distinctive personalities, and friendly owners. A fun way to spend an hour for dog lovers. They are relocating to Ayer Keroh soon, which is closer to Kuala Lumpur so do make a "pooch pit stop" on the way to Melaka, or on the way back. Woof woof!

We realy enjoyed our tour through the museum. It was a pleasure to be guided through the history of printing by the young lady. At first we just wanted to see the huge machine. We needed to buy a ticket which seemed to be a little bit high of the price at first. But we did not know, that we are going to get a 2hour+ private tour! It was absolutely awesome! If you enjoy technic in general and like old fashioned machine, you defintiely need to give it try! If we recall correcty they were creating a little cafe in Dez 2019. Hopefully this is finished already and can be visited for a nice coffee...

The Baba & Nyonya Heritage Museum is located in Melaka, a world UNESCO Site. The house is a combination of three terrace lots that were acquired by the Chan family in 1861. Four generations lived in the house before it was opened as a museum in March 1985. Visiting hours from 10.00am to 4.30pm every day.

This really is a wonderful piece of architectural history. It is a beautiful house of a rich family, that gives you an excellent insight to the recent past. Great pictures and furniture.

On my 1st day in Melaka , chanced upon this property as I was walking along the river. It really is wonderful to see a genuine "kampung" house inside and out! The guide/owner led us on tour around the property, giving clear, interesting details along the way. Worth a vist if you want a feel of the real Melaka and Malay culture.

So much more than jewellery, there is something for everyone! You get to immerse yourself in the Baba Nyonya household, customs, marriage rites, ways of dress, and home life. Passionate and very knowledgable tour from Linda (in Cantonese), ever patient with my questions and she made it so fun. Highly recommend.

It was a real prison turned into a museum so it still had the spooky aura especially when viewing the prisoner cells. Looks small from the outside but is actually really big with lots of rooms and sections of exhibitions. Recommended to allocate at least an hour if you want to explore everything in it. Most sections don't have air conditioning as it's open air so it's a bit warm if you visit at late morning/noon. The museum is right at the side of the Malacca city roads so grab/taxi is the best way to commute.
