Capelle aan den IJssel [kaːˈpɛlə aːn dən ˈɛi̯səl] ( listen) is a town and municipality in the western Netherlands, in the province of South Holland. The municipality had a population of 66,712 in 2017, and covers an area of 15.40 km (5.95 sq mi), of which 1.15 km (0.44 sq mi) is water. It is situated on the eastern edge of Rotterdam, on the Hollandse IJssel river.

Isala Theatre is a nice, friendly and cosy Theatre with a good and varied programme: drama, cabaret, music, film etc. It is easy to reach, has enough parking places, has restaurants and bars in the vicinity and has very friendly employees.

Nice parc to visit for families with young children (1 - 10 years). Many different animal species (Ducks, rabbits, geese, pigs, goats, sheep, donkey, hamsters, marmots). Children friendly place. Children might walk between goats and sheep.

Visited GlowGolf Capelle/ Rotterdam twice. First time with two kids who had a great time.
Upon arriving one can choose a colour of golf club, and one will receive a bracelet which will light up (sort of like a glow stick). To make things "worse" :) one can puchase 3D glasses to make the course even more hard! Glasses are not expensive.
Visited GlowGolf Capelle/ Rotterdam because we hosted a bachelor and bachelorette party there. GlowGolf arranged heart shape (glow stick) glasses for the bride and groom to be.
On both occasions staff was absolutely friendly! They were available for questions via e-mail and or telephone while arranging the party. Many thanks to the service we experienced!
Lockers are available and are in plain sight of the staff at the reception desk. Drinks and candy are available for a small price. One can even buy a little price/ throphy/ medal for the winner. Nice feature! Toilet facilities available. Also features a party room/ a karaoke room and two escape Mission rooms. Free parking next to the building.

Hier speel je in een Escaperoom, die er gewoon top uitziet, je waant je echt in een andere wereld als je b.v. in de Area 51 gaat, of in de Sherlock home room gaat: beleef je het spel zoals het hoort, met zelfd de geluiden erbij, dat maakt het echt af.
We hadden moeite om er binnen 60 minuten uit te komen, maar als je wil geven de medewerkers ook nog clues om toch een kans te hebben om te ontsnappen.

Leuke club, en open voor bezoekers. De baan is goed onderhouden en er is veel uitdaging. Het restaurant bij de baan is erg goed, en er is een leuk uitzicht.
