Smart-Two had us from hello!!!! I simply called to speak with someone to learn more about the shuttling service that they offered. Due to being in a different time zone, I accidentally called when the office was closed by one hour. I didn't leave a message, as I would just call back later when they were open. To my surprise, they returned the call within 5 minutes of the office opening and asked if they could assist with any questions and how they could help! They were very detailed, helpful and easy to set up the transportation. The gal indicated that they would track our flight and be able to pick us up without having to wait until the designated 'allotted' pick up time following the arrival of our flight. We booked round trip transportation with to pick up at the airport and take us to our Port Canaveral hotel and on the return pick us up from the cruise port and return us to the Orlando airport. Our flight landed on time as scheduled, within 3 minutes of turning my phone off airplane mode, we had a welcoming text indicating that they knew the flight arrived and would be waiting for us. The reservation email had very clear and precise instruction and directions. We were greeted by a driver (they are referred to as Navigators) I believe her name was Barbara. She has a very nicely detailed vehicle, which she was shining up as we walked up. She kindly loaded our luggage, offered us some ice cold water and provided us with the option to use phone charger and offered WIFI code. She was very insightful and provided a lot of valuable information about the area throughout the trip to our Port Canaveral hotel. Following our two week cruise, we returned back to Port Canaveral again we had very prompt text messages with instruction to find the driver. We had a gentleman this time (I regretfully don't recall his name) he was AMAZING as well. He too, loaded our luggage, offered us ice cold bottle of water, offered charging and WIFI for devices. He was very enjoyable to visit with on the way back to the airport. This transportation option will be the ONLY transportation we use when returning to Orlando Airport/ Port Canaveral in the future.

We used 888 transportation for pick up from our hotel near the airport in Orlando to bring us to our hotel at Cocoa Beach. We had the nicest driver, she was very friendly and made the trip nice. I would definitely recommend using them for any of your transportation needs.
