this venue should not be done on a busy Saturday because you just might become a Swiss sardine, being crammed 33 people in a cable car that should only hold 15. Great views at the top and many hiking trails and biking trails to be had there. Great way to see Lake Zurich from an elevation point and fantastic for the other views. Not to be missed.

We purchased 48 hour ZVV public transport passes at the ZVV ticket and information office within the Zurich Central Railway Station. The passes which we purchased gave us unlimited travel within certain zones of Zurich, on ZVV trams, trains and buses. They also provided access to small cruise boats on the River Limmat and Lake Zurich, with the payment of an additional small fee. The passes were used quite a bit, on the extensive tram system and also for a return train ride up to Uetliberg, in the hills above Zurich. The ZVV tram network provides easy access to many of the attractions around Zurich and is a great way for tourists to get around the city. The public transport passes are excellent value and provide great savings compared to purchasing separate tickets for individual journeys.
