Snowman shuttles were awesome, picked us up from our accommodation and dropped us back. Awesome service, on time and comfortable and friendly driver. Got us off the mountain and safely when the winds got up and they closed the mountain. Made the day so much easier.

Very pleased with their service! Have book four times this year (Christchurch-Mt Hutt return) and they have been always on time. Their driving was also comfortable, and they handle it professionally. I think the best part was having time to relax and catch some rest going up and down the mountain.

It's hard to know where to start after an experience that exceeds your expectations in every way. From start to finish, our experience with Mike was seamless. The booking process was well explained and easy. Mike's communication throughout was prompt and professional. A phone call the day before to confirm our trip is part of the service Mike offers. On the day of our trip, Mike was suited up and waiting in our hotel lobby with a big smile and friendly greeting. The beautifully maintained S Class Mercedes, complete with water, tissues, mints etc was ready to go. The car was immaculate and comfortable. Our trip to Akaroa included stops along the way for great photo opportunities, as well as the chance to check out a gallery and little shops. Mike was more than happy to go with the flow, and at no time did we feel rushed or feel that we were needing to stick to a strict itinerary. The Akaroa Dolphin cruise was included in our tour cost, and it did not disappoint. Just like at the hotel lobby, upon completion of the cruise, Mike was waiting for us on the pier. One thing that really stood out to us was Mike's extensive knowledge of the area. From Christchurch to Akaroa and back, Mike was able to share so much knowledge and fun facts about the areas we were travelling to. Mike is such an asset to the tourism industry and we had a lot of fun and laughs on the day. We would absolutely recommend Mike and Chauffeur NZ to anyone looking for a tour that they won't forget.
