The Thalasso Gloria Amadores centre at Gloria Palace Amadores Thalasso & Hotel was opened in 2003 in conjunction with the hotel. The approximately 1.800m2, entirely given over to health, include a dynamic pool, gym pool and the “Get in Shape” pool, which consists of a relaxing circuit in seawater heated to different temperatures (33ºC/37ºC), with 29 hydromassage points. The centre is located in the main building of the hotel and has spectacular sea views from the Get in Shape pool and the relaxation area.

Visited Angie for the first time today for a blissful 90 minute treatment. She is extremely experienced and professional (if you've ever been disappointed by those 'conveyer belt spa experiences, fear not!). The therapy room is light and airy - the doors open out onto a private quiet courtyard, so you might even hear birds tweeting or the sound of the sea. I definitely recommend her and will come back next time I visit.

Me and my partner came in for couples massage, I suffer from fibermyalgia the flight is a killer, the hour massage was fantastic and helped with the fibromyalgia pain definitely recommend here

Visited this beautiful spa inside Paradise Park fun lifestyle hotel for a couples massage with my husband . It is an absolute treat from start to finish. Before our massage we had access to the beautiful spa area and due to covid restrictions there is only one party allowed in the spa area at any one time so we had sole access to the wonderful jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and showers whilst in there . We were then taken through to the couples treatment room and left to change before each being treated to a delicious relaxing 1 hour long full body massage. Both masseurs were excellent and we both felt wonderful after the treatment. We were then left to complete our wonderful afternoon of indulgence with a bottle of chilled cava, some orange juice and a selection of chocolates whilst resting in an extra large private jacuzzi bath full of glorious bubbles . An exceptional and indulgent treat that i would recommend to anyone staying in the hotel or indeed anywhere or teneriefe as I believe you are also able to book in here as non residents.

I received 2 treatments whilst staying at the hotel, reflexology and hubby and I both had a massage. Both treatments were very effective and very relaxing, the staff obviously know what they are doing, total professional, very friendly and I would highly recommended.

I realised immediately that yoga was good for me from my very first practice with Libby (almost 11 years now). At the beginning just to relief my back problems and later in so many different ways. I also tried different yoga schools and I definitely came back to pure yoga. here I feel it is the right place to practice, to learn more about yoga and myself...and there are no words to describe the energy flowing in this studio. All the teachers are different and amazing in their own ways and all together they make a fantastic team. Finally, last year I got the opportunity to join the teacher training at Pure yoga, and I am so grateful for this experience. I also know for sure this is just the beginning, I will learn more about yoga, and I definitely are looking forward to do others courses. Thanks to all of the Pure yoga team and specialIy to Libby to make it possible for me. I can just recommend you to try it if you may feel curiosity about yoga????.
