Jim picked us up from our AirBnB around 9:30a to begin an amazing private tour around St. Lucia. He’s highly knowledgeable about Lucian history and culture, and a great conversationalist. While driving through this beautiful landscape, we learned the significance of various landmarks from east to west, and were introduced to cassava cakes (a must try) baked in numerous flavourful varieties (be sure to go early for more options—they’re that good!). We experienced the sulphuric mud baths and a beautiful dip in the Piton Falls in Soufriere. Shortly after, we ate at a local restaurant in a vibrant location by the water. I would highly recommend this tour. You’ll leave St. Lucia in awe, with experiences to discuss for days.

On the return trip relax with complimentary beverages and grab your partner to dance to the music from our incredible sound system.

The ride was fantastic! Captain Jessie was a great host and knows the island very well. Covid protocol would not permit going to some of the sites in person but Jessie brought us very close to shore to take in all the local color and learn some history. Snorkeling was fun and the Pitons were ice cold! We enjoyed the ride so much we booked a 2nd trip. Jessie's rum punch and grilled fish was a great memory maker. Thanks to Randy for finding us on the beach and introducing us to Jessie!

Whether you are a beginner or experienced hiker, you will find the tour of the Gros Piton a rewarding trail. The first half of the nature trail from Fond Gen Libre is an easy hike, while the second half is more challenging with a steep ascent to the summit of Gros Piton. There is never a dull moment on your trek and it will be hard not to stop and wonder at the sights all around you. When you get to the summit, your feelings of accomplishment and exhilaration are only enhanced by a spectacular view of St. Vincent to the South and Martinique to the North.

Kevin from Cool Vybes was one of my Covid Certified Drivers during my extended stay in St. Lucia. I opted to continue booking him beyond my initial ride because I was happy with his services. He was plesant, reliable, patient & knowledgeable. Kevin's attention to detail & commitment to ensuring that I was having a positive experience on the island & that my questions were answered was greatly appreciated. His vehicle was clean, comfortable & well maintained. I would recommend utilizing Kevin's services when in St. Lucia.

We got there through a cruise we were staying for about 5 or 6 hours, so our travel agent found them and he talked to JANET, and closed the service (we were in a groups of 11 people), so we were waiting for the bus and hearing “the bus is coming, the bus is coming” (in this main time JANET DISAPPEARED), so, when we decided to request our refund the bus magically appeared, so started our rushed tour. The driver was nice but we changed maybe 10 words. We didn’t go to the rum factory, we passed through the banana plantation never stopped, Stopped at the 2 spots for photos and stopped at the volcano mud bath for not even 30 minutes. We barely had time to put the mud and wash right after. We didn’t enjoy at all, and for last but not least we should’ve stopped at the beach but we never did because we didn’t have time. (Which we paid extra 5 dollars, SO WE GOT SCREWED AT 45 DOLLARS TOTAL). Anyway, NEVER use their services, again they’re a SCAM company. We know other people that did the same kinda tour, through other companies and they loved. So it’s better look for other companies besides this one.

You will see them as soon as you get off of the ship and go through the building! They were extremely rude and misleading from the start. AVOID JANET! We were scammed out of $45 per person. They will tell you anything to get your money. After waiting 40 minutes and hearing "your bus is coming" we asked for a refund. I wish we got one but the bus magically appeared. We were told we would see a rum factory, the waterfalls, a botanical garden, the mud baths and be dropped off at a beach. We even paid $5 extra to go to the beach. Our first stop was a tiny outdoor bar that had a rum tasting. It was pleasant. The woman there was friendly and we even purchased some of their products. There were a couple of photo stops along the way but we were rushed and was told to be really quick before we even got out of the van. Then we drove to the mud baths which took an hour and 10 minutes. We were told we only had a half hour. In that time we had to wait in line to buy tickets, change our clothes, get in the baths, shower and get back to the van. THAT WAS IT! We never got to see the water falls and we were never taken to a beach which we had paid for. I went to the kiosk to talk to someone after and of course it was closed. Our driver was okay, he wasn't rude or anything but hardly said a word to us. Again, AVOID THIS COMPANY! I will be reviewing them on every site I can! They will scam you out of your money and you will not get the tour you are promised! I'm going to see if I can file a complaint with the port against them as well.

We took the Paradise tour. Easy to find our guide coming out of the main building. We walked a little through an alley to where he parked his van and discovered no one else had booked and we were a private tour. He was extremely accommodating and helpful, offering to take us to other stops along the way and got us a bag of mangos to try. Very informative about St Lucia. Some stops were a bit annoying with the street peddlers that come into the van, but not the tours fault. The art studio was just ok, the local guide there didn't really seem to be interested in telling us much (could have done w/o this stop). The private beach (Pigeon Island) was lovely and though Carnival was also there, there was plenty of room to lay down, also a short hike to some ruins. The snorkelling was great! Many different fish species to see. Overall, would completely recommend this tour group, great price for all you see and very professional and accommodating.
