This place is a diversity place: Riverside is a city park. It also have a few tourist boat terminals for many boats take tourists to CaiRang Floating market, and Big Boats for Dinner Cruise around CanTho river. There is a riverview restaurant at this park. Very interesting - husks are separated from rice. Ground the rice and made rice flour, added water and made pancake like batter. Very thin crepes were made on skillet and dried for 2-3 hours and then cut into noodles.

A beautiful very old temple, a place of worship to be respected. Take your shoes off, step over the threshold not on the board that runs across. In all religious temples and pagodas ask if you can take photos, these places werent built for tourists they are part of the culture and serve the needs of the population, we are priveleged to be allowed in them. Many beautiful pagodas in Vietnam all good places to go and contemplate your own life and to pray for others and the world in general. Go there with a good heart and a willingness to learn and you will come away better for the experience.

I accidentally stumbled upon this temple after lunch one day. It's a nice little place to spend a few minutes in contemplation. The monks at the temple are very friendly. The head monk invited me to his office, offered tea and chatted with me for a while. One of the most uplifting, off-the-beaten-track, comforting experiences I've had during my travels.

this street is beside Ninh Kieu park, where looks over CanTho river, CanTho bridge (Vietnamese - Japanese bridge), Xom Chai island, Tourist boat terminals, ... And there are some big hotels along the other side of this street
