From the moment I walked in I was pampered by warm, welcoming and friendly staff. The ultimate of indulgences these ladies have magic hands. The treatments were outstanding but the pampering didn’t stop with the massage or facial. A warm herbal tea by a crystal clear wading pool overseeing the pristine Palm Cove beach - please! This is one experience no one should be denied.

I had a 2.5 hour treatment, body scrub, vichy shower, massage, facial and hair and scalp treatment, the products used smell amazing and my skin feels so soft. The beautician was very professional and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. I left feeling so relaxed. I will definitely visit again

Wow! Debbie and I have had many massages in many parts of the world. This was by far the most comprehensive Thai massage we have had. Not for the faint hearted!! This was an amazing experience! We booked a package called the Mala Mayi, and was happily surprised at the experience. We had no idea what this would be and let me tell you, it was amazing! Exfoliate, mud wrap, rain bath...followed by a great massage and you are reinvigorated and ready for the next adventure! We had Malena and Jane who were terrific and walked us through the process enjoying every relaxing minute with great teas and their expertise. So glad we had the opportunity to do this! Thank you Jane and Malena for making my friends birthday the best one ever!!

Hartig Yoga brings Yoga classes to 2 gorgeous settings in Palm Cove. Classes take place on in front of Alamanda Resort on Palm Cove Beach and on Sarayi Hotel Rooftop. All of our morning classes are at the beach and our evening classes are on Sarayi Rooftop. Beach Yoga Classes take place- Monday 8-9am & 9.30-10.30am, Tuesday 9.30 - 10.30am, Wednesday 7.30 - 8.40am, Thursday 8-9am, Friday 6.15-7.15am and 7.30am - 8.40am , Saturday 7.30 - 8.40am and Sunday 7.30am-8.40am. Monday and Wednesday evenings are 6-7pm and are on Sarayi Rooftop. 5 and 10 Class Passes are available. Everybody welcome. Classes are suited for Beginner to Intermediate yogis. Booking is essential. Private one on one sessions and private group sessions are also available. You can now book into a class via our website, or via the mind body app!

This was my first yoga experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Bronwyn is fantastic and encourages all participants to go at their own pace. The setting by the beach under palm trees is beautiful. I highly recommend.

After at about 2 years of sciatica and much money spent on many many visits to physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic services, I have to say Olly was by far the best treatment I've had. Can't thank him enough, he's loosened my hips, glute and leg muscles and tonight a don't have that punched glute muscle causing pain down my leg at all. I'm so excited. He also worked on my shoulders and which were tight, my whole body feels resurrected.

I love the infrared sauna at the studio but this was my first float pod session and it was a truely unique and enjoyable experience. Was unsure how I would enjoy completely darkness floating in water with no stimulation but loved it and left feeling very energised. Good value for money and outstanding facilities and customer service.
