A 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage, a 2 bdr. 1 bath vacation rental in a secluded area along cottonwood creek.and a 5 bdr. 3 1/2 bath B&B. We are surrounded by San Isabel National Forest. we offer one of the purest hot spring soaking pools around. 5 different pools all at different temperatures. Our environment is a natural mountian environment, in a small canyon up cottonwood pass. we also are prone to mudslides and meandering wildlife. we do not offer wifi, in room phones are TV's. we have solar arrays. wind towers. led lighting. in other words we present the most eco-friendly presentation possible. with the least amount of dirty electricity possible.

I didn't have the same experience the others had. We couldn't get into Mount Princeton, so we tried here. It turned out to be the best decision ever. It was cheaper and we enjoyed it more. They have LOTS of areas to actually sit or lay belly down. When we got there they said that their were a lot of people in the pools but they were under their allowable limit. They said to take a look and make sure we were comfortable with how many people were there and we were. Everyone was Sulfur smell! My only suggestion is to update the changing rooms. It is very small and cramped!
