One of the more unique Escape rooms I've ever done. The puzzles were not mind blowing or super difficult but the atmosphere was amazing. Great sound effects, creepy visuals, tons of times where you go "do I reeeeeeally want to 'risk my life/sanity/health' to solve the this room. The set up is great and everything is well-thought out. Will definitely return for the other rooms

We did the the Maze and the Curse. The game master was great. He seemed very enthusiastic about the games and helped set a deeper state of immersion with the intro of the stories. We have done escape rooms across the globe and tried several establishments in NYC. Kommata is by far the best. Immersive stories,great technology and the decor is amazing too and right on the money for the stories told. Many games claim to be scary but the Curse truly is. It’s probably the scariest room I’ve done, that didn’t involve actors. We also tried City of Ashes at the BK location which also has quite a few of scares. I definitely recommend these games.We will be back for more.

Stimulating and thought-provoking fun for the kids! I went with my husband and six unmarried kids, ages 8 to 19. We did the Rashi room, which is the more difficult room, and got out with five minutes to spare. We had done a couple of escape rooms before so the concept wasn't new for us. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, from the oldest down to the youngest! Everyone did their part to solve the puzzles and complete the room, and my husband and I especially enjoyed feeling confident that all the content was appropriate for children. It was a lot of fun and the manager was truly gracious and helpful! My children came home inspired and are now occupied with planning and designing their own escape room ideas! I would highly recommend this place for an exciting and interactive family adventure!

We went with a group of 4, and were immersed from the moment we arrived. Fantastic storytelling to set the scene, a great stage based escape room with lots of attention to detail and smart riddles. Loved it all the way!

As one of the few places I have chosen to work at, Brooklyn Escape Rooms has a special place in my heart. They not only have impeccable service, but their games are simply astonishing. Their set design is next level, the technology of the puzzles is some I have never seen before, and above all, the are immersive in ways so many other escape rooms are not.
